    LOST PACKAGES:

    You can track your order using the status that we sent you. Once your package is scanned as "delivered," we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods. Please contact USPS, UPS, or FEDEX to file a claim if your package doesn't arrive within 2 weeks of purchase.
