Every item we make is crafted just for you. We don’t keep pre‑made inventory—each order is made to order and created entirely by hand. From blending ingredients to pouring, whipping, and packaging, every step is done with care, intention, and a whole lot of love. Because your products are handmade, processing times may vary slightly, but the result is always worth the wait: fresh, thoughtfully crafted goodies made especially for you.
ORDER PROCESSING:
Order processing can take up to 7 business days, as each item is made fresh and crafted entirely by hand. We create every product with care and intention, which means nothing is mass‑produced or rushed. This extra time allows us to deliver high‑quality, thoughtfully made goods that are prepared just for you.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION:
Once your order has been completed and is ready to ship, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with all the details you need. This notification will include your tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way. We’ll always keep you updated, and you’ll be notified the moment your order is on its way to you.
CANCELLATIONS:
Orders may be canceled only before production begins. Because each item is handmade and created specifically for your order, we are unable to cancel once materials have been prepared or the crafting process has started. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you before production is underway.
If your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. If you find issues with your product or experience something different from what was advertised, please contact us at sales@bloomingopulence.com for further assistance.
