ORDER PROCCESSING DURING OUR MAJOR SALE EVENTS:

Currently order processing is 4 business days during our sale events. However, processing times can be extended to 7 days. We make every effort to ship your order out as soon as it is completed. Our products are formulated in small batches, thoroughly checked, and must meet our quality standards before they can be shipped to you. 

 

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION:

You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships. Please check your spam folder if you don't see a confirmation email in your inbox. We do not fulfill orders on holidays.

CANCELLATIONS:

If your order is still in the order processing phase, we can cancel your order for you. Please contact us immediately.

If your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. If you find issues with your product or experience something different from what was advertised, please contact us at sales@bloomingopulence.com for further assistance.
