Business Hours:
Business hours are Monday-Thursday 10am-5pm EST. Closed on holidays.
Shipping:
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday excluding any US holiday.
Returns:
30-DAY HASSLE-FREE RETURNS
Cancellations:
Please contact us immediately if you want to cancel your order. We can cancel orders in the processing phase however, we cannot cancel orders once they have entered the shipping phase.
Lost Packages:
We are not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" once shipped. If your package is lost/stolen, file a claim with the carrier listed on the shipping notification.
